These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wira AI website (the "Site") and your enrolment in any Wira AI programme (the "Service"). By accessing this Site or enrolling in a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enrol.

1. Definitions

"Wira AI", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Wira AI, operating from Jalan Kia Peng 24, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
"User", "you" — refers to any individual accessing the Site or enrolled in a programme.
"Service" — refers to the AI learning programmes offered by Wira AI, including AI Foundations, Machine Learning Track, and Deep Learning Studio.
"Content" — refers to all course materials, videos, written resources, assignments, and feedback provided as part of the Service.
"Agreement" — refers to these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You have read and accepted these Terms in full

These Terms apply to all users of the Site and all enrolled learners.

3. Service Description

Wira AI provides online AI education programmes delivered via live sessions, recorded content, written materials, project assignments, and instructor feedback. Programmes are described on the Solutions page and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify programme content, timing, or structure before or during a cohort, and will communicate material changes to enrolled learners promptly.

The Service is available to learners in Malaysia and other countries. No geographic restrictions apply to enrolment unless specifically noted for a particular cohort.

4. Enrolment and Accounts

To enrol in a programme, you must provide accurate contact and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use.

5. User Responsibilities

As a learner or site visitor, you agree to:

Use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes
Not share, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission from Wira AI
Not misrepresent your identity or qualifications during enrolment
Treat instructors and fellow cohort members with respect in all communications
Not attempt to access accounts, systems, or content you are not authorised to access

Breach of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your enrolment without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and resources provided by Wira AI — including written notes, recorded sessions, assignment descriptions, and the "shaping notes" — remain the intellectual property of Wira AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your personal learning during and after the programme. You may not sell, sublicense, or publicly distribute course content in any form.

Work you produce as part of project assignments remains your own. By submitting work for feedback, you grant Wira AI a limited right to use anonymised excerpts of learner work for educational or illustrative purposes, with no identifying information attached.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are due at the point of enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the enrolment process.

Refund policy: if you withdraw from a programme before the first session, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days. After the first session has taken place, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are issued after week three of any programme.

If a cohort is cancelled by Wira AI before it begins, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.

8. Course-Specific Terms

Completion and certificates: a completion certificate is issued upon submission of all required assignments and a final project. Certificates are issued in the learner's name as provided at enrolment.
Recordings: session recordings are available to enrolled learners during the programme period. Access to recordings beyond the programme period is available only for tracks where this is stated in the programme description.
Progression: there are no automatic enrolments from one track to the next. Each track is a separate enrolment.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided in good faith on an "as-is" basis. Wira AI does not make representations about specific outcomes resulting from completing a programme. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including individual effort, prior background, and market conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wira AI's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the total fees paid by you for the programme in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost income, lost opportunities, or reputational damage.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Wira AI against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Wira AI may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 7. Upon termination, your access to programme materials ceases.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

14. General Provisions

Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wira AI.
Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active learners by email and posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site or Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
